A - Broad Jumps - 5 x 3 (90 secs rest)
B - Front Stepping Lunge Into Scissor Jump - 2-3/side (90 secs rest)
C1 - BB Hybrid Deadlift - 3 x 3-5 (10 secs rest)
C2 - Stability Ball Stir The Pot - 3 x 4-8/direction (90 secs rest)
D1 - Angled BB Reverse Lunge - 3 x 8-12/side (10 secs rest)
D2 - Angled BB Tight Rainbow - 3 x 8-12/side (90 secs rest)
E1 - DB Romanian Deadlift W/ Rear Foot Elevated - 2 x 6-8/side (10 secs rest)
E2 - Reverse Crunches - 2 x 15-20 (90 secs rest)
G - Single Leg Hip Thrust - 2 x 15-20/side (60 secs rest)
