In this video Dan takes us through a hockey specific workout for youth players that can be done at home!
Here's the full youth hockey at home workout:
A1) BW Speed Squats x 15
A2) Spiderman push ups x 10
A3) Bicycle Abs x 12 each side
A4) BW Forward Walking Lunge x 8 each side
A5) Side V’s x 6 each side
A6) Jumping Jacks x 30
A7) Bird Dogs x 12 each side
A8) Split squat jumps x 6 each side
Rest 2 mins after completing all exercises, and then repeat the circuit for a total of 3-5 circuits.
