Here are the 3 lunch ideas:
Meat and Salad 🥒
6 oz lean meat of your choice
Salad = Large leafy greens salad, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup cut up apple, and a small handful pecans. Combine in a bowl with balsamic vinegar + olive oil dressing.
Meat and Sweet Potato 🍗
6 oz lean meat of your choice
8 oz sweet potato (thinly sliced and cooked in oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees flipping once)
1/4 cup raw nuts
Healthy Plate 🍚
6 oz lean meat of your choice + 1/2 cup quinoa + 1/2 cup rice
+ 1 cup green vegetables. Cook all 4 ingredients separately, combine on a plate and drizzle 1 tbsp. olive oil on top.
