As requested here is a Full Body Advanced Calisthenics routine =) Remember we are still focusing on the basics of Calisthenics and the essential movement patterns of bodyweight training. This is not some crazy high elite level workout, but instead, this is a routine that can even be done by intermediate athletes if they just choose a easier progression for each exercise or just lower the reps and sets. Hope you have some fun watching me suffer here and hopefully you will suffer with me ;) Leave your opinions, questions and suggestions down bellow. Happy training my friends!

WORKOUT:
1. Muscle ups (10x reps)
2. Straight bar dips (20x reps)
3. Regular pull ups (12x reps)
4. Weighted pistol squats (5x reps each side)
5. Handstand push ups (10x reps)
6. Tuck front lever pull ups (6x reps)
7. Pseudo push ups (6x reps)
8. Toes to bar (10x secs)
9. Dragon flags (10x reps)
-REPEAT 3X or 4X.
-No rest between exercises.
-Rest 2-3 minutes in between each round.
PS: You can also do this routine in "reps & sets" style.
